Recertification for Grants

In order to apply for any FSS or Homeownership grants you have to be certified again this year. Remember to recertify, recertify recertify. Grants.gov only certifies you for ONE (1) YEAR. Many of us certified around March of 2007 to submit our packages to Grants.Gov last year.

Super Nofa is Out, FSS and Homeownership grants are due in May.

Make sure you are registered. There are some issues with Grants.gov accepting grants. Register now at HUD has not published it’s part of the NOFA but be aware they have changed the LOGIC MODEL.

Income Guidelines are Out - Effective Immediately.

Be careful as some of the 80% numbers have remained the same from the last two years in Boston PMSA but the 30% and 50% numbers have increased.
